What are Webinars like?
Our Online classes are done in real time with an instructor presenting material with interactive questions. All students are visible to the instructor and other students. Each class is an adaption of our in person classes we offer during our 8 hour or, 2 hour classroom presentations. The online classes are timed to allow people with hectic work schedules to do classes either early in the morning or later in the day.
During class, be professional, your camera is being viewed by all other participant’s, don’t be picking your nose, laying in your bed in your pajamas, this is done in real time with real instructor watching you. Face the camera be attentive, answer the polling questions as they pop up, they are easy if you have been paying attention. Stay in front of the camera limit the activity behind you; don’t be talking to others or on your cell phone while in class. Treat it the way you would if you were in a classroom.
2 CEU HOURS - 20220235 BASIC FOR TELCO AND CABLE INSTALLATION 2023; This Class is an overview of the requirements for Grounding, Bonding, and general rules for wire and cable installations as well as best practices for termination and certification. This class meets the State requirement for Code hours.
2 CEU HOURS - 20220328 CHAPTER 8 ARTICLE 800 2023 NEC This class covers the General rules for all communications cabling and systems. The rewrite of chapter 8, Article 800 removes the need to repeat the same information in the other Articles of Chapter 8. This class meets the state requirement for 2 code hours.
4 Hours CEU - 20210188 Fundamentals of the NEC for the PLT This class is an expanded class of the Basic fundamentals presentation including the development, Purpose and Structure of the National Electrical Code. The Chapters and the Articles that are specific to the Technology Contractor. This class is approved for 4 hours of Code for Renewal of your PLT License.
